About your Hostess
Jennifer is the founder of The Medium Experience and Experience Retreats, internationally known for her refined approach to energetic mentorship and embodied transformation.
With a background in Mediumship, Karmic Astrology, and Root-Cause Theory, Jennifer’s work bridges the psychological with the spiritual, guiding women beyond performance-based healing into emotional elegance and energetic sovereignty. While deeply versed in a variety of healing modalities, her true devotion lies within the relationship to our Inner Child: the subtle, intelligent life force that allows us to access our truth from within.
After five years of intimate 1:1 client work, Jennifer now leads immersive group experiences and high-level mentorship spaces designed to activate your unique soul signature and anchor you unapologetically into your Truth Frequency.
She is the host of The Medium Experience podcast, where her signature Friday Champagne Channeling sessions have become a beloved favorite for women seeking grounded inspiration and clarity over a fun Happy Hour
Outside of her work, Jennifer finds joy in slow mornings, champagne at sunset, psychological literature, writing, traveling and time spent with her husband, two sons and new granddaughter.

Throughout your stay, you’ll enjoy exquisite, chef-prepared meals thoughtfully crafted to meet all dietary needs with creativity and care. Each dish is an invitation into presence, beautifully presented, deeply nourishing, and designed to support the body as you move through deep inner transformation.
And while the cuisine is exceptional, it is simply just one expression of the experience as a whole. Moments of indulgence are woven seamlessly alongside meaningful work.
Each day follows a considered arc: morning Education, afternoon Integration, and evening Celebration, honoring the natural rhythm required for true embodiment.

Logistics
Guests may choose to drive or fly into Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT), located just 10 minutes from Palisade.
Complimentary airport transportation will be provided upon arrival by a member of The Experience Team.
*Please note that guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the airport following the conclusion of the retreat on Sunday.

Je Crée will be hosted at the award-winning TWP Winery & Farmhouse, a premier vineyard estate nestled in the vibrant landscape of Colorado’s celebrated Palisade wine country.
This is where we will gather each day for our immersive retreat experience, including all educational sessions, integration periods, evening celebrations, and chef-prepared meals.
Guest Lodging • Spoke & Vine Motel
While our retreat takes place at TWP, all guests will be accommodated at Spoke & Vine a newly remodeled boutique motel located in the heart of Palisade, just 5 miles
(approximately 5 minutes) from the vineyard.
Daily transportation between Spoke & Vine and TWP Winery & Farmhouse will
be provided by the Experience Team.
Culinary Experience
At Je Crée, we believe that the body must feel safe in order for transformation to occur.
When engaging in deep emotional and energetic work, nourishment is not a luxury, it is essential. The meals shared throughout this experience are intentionally designed to support regulation, integration, and sustained presence within the body.
All dishes will be thoughtfully prepared by TWP’s in-house culinary team using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. Every meal is crafted with care to ensure that all dietary needs, allergies, and restrictions are fully accommodated, without sacrificing creativity or enjoyment.
From beautifully prepared breakfasts to leisurely vineyard lunches and elevated evening dinners (with wine included), each offering is an invitation to slow down, restore and reconnect.
Because the work we do here is profound and your body deserves to be supported every step of the way.
More Details
Je Crée will take place beneath the illumination of a Full Moon in Aries, a lunation known for courage, initiation, and the reclamation of authentic selfhood.
As with all Experience Retreats, we intentionally work in collaboration with the astrological climate present during our time together. This Full Moon will serve as a powerful energetic backdrop as we gather at the custom ceremonial fire pit thoughtfully built by TWP exclusively for our work for a moonlit ritual devoted to anchoring into the truest expression of who we are through our own divine blueprint.
Throughout the retreat, guests will also participate in the seasonal grape harvest, an unforgettable opportunity to ground into the earth through the ritual of stomping grapes bare feet. This tactile experience offers a living metaphor for creation: the willingness to labor, to trust the process and to anticipate the sweetness that comes from honoring your own natural timing.
A detailed itinerary will be shared upon arrival. As each soul says YES to this experience, the energetic composition of the retreat subtly evolves and we allow space for intuitive guidance to shape our time together in real time.
What to Pack & Nightly Themes . . .
One of our guest-favorite traditions each year has become our themed evening gatherings, a chance to move from daytime comfort into celebration and self-expression together. The ladies usually wear dresses, but of course, anything is welcome! You do, YOU!
September in Palisade typically brings warm days in the high 60s to low 70s with cooler evenings. There is always a chance of rain as well.
We recommend yoga or leisure wear during the day for vineyard experiences and educational sessions.

Wednesday • Arrival Dinner: Vineyard Chic
Welcome to Colorado wine country in effortless elegance. Think flowing dresses, beautiful fabrics, elevated silhouettes, and timeless sophistication. Romantic, feminine, and refined, perfect for an evening among the vines as we gather for our first dinner together.
Thursday: Golden Hour
Inspired by the warmth and vitality, we’ll gather in the rich, glowing hues of the setting sun. An evening that celebrates courage, confidence, aliveness, and the beauty of stepping fully into who you are. Think sherbet shades of marigold, honey, apricot, warm coral, poppy red, terracotta and sunset pink.
Friday: Nightshades
In honor of the Pisces Moon, we’ll gather in the rich, mysterious tones of the evening sky and the deep waters of intuition. Think indigo, navy, midnight blue, plum and violet.
Saturday: Moonlight
On our final evening, beneath the Aries Full Moon, we’ll gather in luminous whites, ivories, creams, and champagne, a celebration of clarity, completion, courage, and new beginnings.
